On August 31, 2025, ESTEPE celebrated a special milestone: our 40th anniversary. Four decades during which craftsmanship, innovation, entrepreneurship, and above all collaboration have formed the foundation of who we are today.
A milestone like this is not something you celebrate alone. That is why we chose to share an unforgettable experience with all our employees and their partners at the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort. It was a day filled with speed, technology, teamwork, and passion, values that are also at the heart of ESTEPE every day.
Alongside the roar of the engines, the excitement on the track, and the unique atmosphere of the event, we also took time during the closing beach BBQ to reflect on everything we have achieved together. The success of ESTEPE is built not only on outstanding projects and satisfied customers, but above all on the people who dedicate themselves to our organization with enthusiasm and commitment every single day.
Formula 1 is a sport where everything revolves around teamwork. From drivers to mechanics, from strategy to execution, success can only be achieved when everyone works together at their very best. This is a philosophy we strongly recognize at ESTEPE. We firmly believe that success is created through teamwork, trust, and a shared determination to keep improving.
We look back with pride on 40 successful years. At the same time, our focus is firmly on the future: new challenges, new innovations, and new milestones that we will achieve together.
